What geographic and cultural problems did the incas overcome to rule thier empire

    Their terrain was rocky and mountains were partially where the solid ground was which they slept. They then built their empire into the mountains, thinking this would be harder for people to see and plan an attack on them. They leveled it for about 3 years before completely finishing, they feared that someone would fall off.
