Can you make a logical guess how size might affect a nation's willingness to grant citizenship?

Well ... depending upon how much size the nation actually has to grant outsiders citizenship, can greatly vary their final decision. As if the nation's size is very petite, they will not be looking to expand their growing population ... and vice-versa.
