What was the Helsinki Agreement?

It was an agreement signed by 35 Countries that held in Helsinki, Finland to address a wide range of Global Issues such as improving human rights, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech. The agreement also signed by the United States and The Soviet union, which cause a great effect for the cold war
