When individuals lose weight quickly most of the weight lost is from?

    Most of the weight lost comes from losing water in your body. There is a lot of water in your body that makes you swollen and when you start dieting you start regulating it and you remove the excess weight found in your body in the shape of water. After that the process of losing weight slows down and you have to do more to lose it.
