    First of all, Soviet Union was officially an atheist state, so there wasn't a religious freedom, and the fall of the Soviet Union has allowed more religious freedom in Russia. Further, today's Media in Russia are claimed to also be biased.

    After the state-sponsored health system was weakened, also the health care deteriorated.

    So I would argue for the answer:
