Directional Hypothesis: When workers increase their level of multitasking, their productivity also increases.

This is directional since the relationship between the two variables, level of multitasking (independent) and productivity (dependent) is also predicted.

Non-directional Hypothesis: There is a significant relationship between worker's level of multitasking and productivity.
