In Australia, there has been debate on whether the monarch should be replaced by a republic president. The correct answer is B. Australia is still officially "ruled" by Queen Elizabeth II of England. Obviously, the Aussies aren't really fond of that decision, and they'd like to have their own president instead of answering to a "foreign" queen.
