Does our media reflects article 16 when reporting and a brief expIanation of what article 16 entails

    First: article 16: this article says that South African media should be "free", which means that they should not be influenced by politicians or corporations (they can be owed by corporations, but the journalists should have the right to write what they think.

    Now, the press is not said to be"free" in SA, but "partially free" and the situation has deteriorated in the last years - so the Article 16 is not being followed!
