Why is diversity only for white countries?

Because a lot of people think that most black countries are poor.

Not all white countries have a diversity of people. But most have diversity because of several treaties and encounters in history. Countries have made several pacts and agreements with foreign countries. Like in the U. S one purpose of it was to have a cultural diversity and introduce a better life for people. Back then and now, if you are in a middle class or another, you can ascend to the upper classes and have a chance at success. Most countries tolerate diversity and welcome other people because their population maybe to low. There are some countries that have very few people in it, and welcome those who are in need of another home.
