Why is outsourcing considered to be both an opportunity and a challenge of globalization?

The opportunity here is that a lot of Chinese workers get a job working in factories and are for that reason employed + American companies get to exist because they have good price margins. The limitation of this is that it creates less jobs in the Us because the production is outsorced.
