    Four things to know about the Red Scare is 1.) that the people of America had a widespread fear of the Bolsheviks which was a Russian group that participated in the Russian Revolution. 2.) The nation was also scared of imminent anarchism due to the Labor Unrest of 1920. 3.) The American government saw organized labor as a threat because it seemed to be patterned after a Communist revolution. 4.) This caused a supression in freedom of Speech. Four things to know about the Labor Unrest is 1.) Unions were considered as anti-American. 2.) This lead to police violence against the union laborers. 3.) This lead to an economic downfall of the country. 4.) The government was scared that unions were anarchists going to start a revolution.
