In what way did the quakers of the 1600s and 1700s promote equality?

    The quakers treated everyone with an equal amout of respect and were very nice. They were also very supportive of everything eachother did

    They promoted equality by showing everyone the same amount of respect and to support any career any Quaker chose (unless it was painting or drawing).
