What is it called when a person accused of a federal crime is held in jail without the option of paying for temporary release?

I believe the answer is: preventative detention

In preventative detention, we directly incarcerate a certain individual before trial because we inherently believe that releasing that individual would be in society's best interest. This type of detention is usually made for highly dangerous criminals (such as drug lords, mass murderer, etc)
