Around the years 1600 to 1750 are years in which baroque music was widely composed. This was the period in which musically instruments were being developed in new playing techniques and established many other forms of arts, such as operas and cantatas.

Johann Sebastian Bach was born on 1685 during the baroque era, and his composistions were mostly that of the same style music. He has composed over 300 cantatas although not all of it has survived in the modern era.

George Frideric Handel was also born the same year as Bach and his works were also influence by the baroque era.

Ludwig van Beethoven was born by 1770 in which the baroque era has already ended and the new era of music has followed.
