Consumerism is the support and encouragement to purchase goods and services in big amounts. In politics, it is viewed as aims to safeguard and enlighten consumers through requiring and encouraging sellers to package and advertise honestly as well as enhance the standards of safety. This is called as consumer protection or consumer activism. In economics, it is the application of policies in economics on consumers. That they have the free will and sole responsibilities to choose and consume the products.
