The civilizations of the Mycenaean and the Minoan are both derived from the early cultures of Greece. These cultures are already existing prior to the conception of Christ. In terms of topography, these two civilizations are arranged close to one another. Thus, archeologists have seen the likeness and the influences between the two civilizations. The Mycenaean and the Minoan cultures have designed their respective writing systems; however the two still vary in their system's level of complexity. Through the discovered relics, it is found out that the craftsmanship in the Minoan culture has a happier demeanor, which additionally mirrors the daily activities of the Minoans. Meanwhile, Mycenaean craftsmanship portrays fighting and war. The Mycenaeans are rather aggressive and firmly set their eyes on power, more than anything.
