Fascists believe that the economy, land, and military is to be ruled by the dominant race. It focuses on "my race is better than yours" often at the expense of removing the "offending" race. Fascist governments use police force and brutality to gain control of the country's people. It is a one party dictatorship that no one wishes to cross because the result is deadly.
