The Bill of Rights

Alexander Hamilton thought the Constitution would make sure people had rights. Thomas Jefferson disagreed. He thought people's rights needed to be listed in a bill of rights. What do you think?

The Bill of Rights is needed. It makes sure people's freedoms are not taken away.

    Agree, without them our basic rights like freedom of speech and no double jeopardy would be taken away
