When a man entertains adultery in his disires and thoughts and intends to consumate the act but fails did he incur any moral guilt, and is she/he morally responsible accountable on his act? answer should be base on ethics

    Yes, he still gains moral guilt. This is based on the fact that attempted murder is punished in our judicial system.
