    It was the Bill of Rights or letter A. It lays out a list of rights apart from limiting the power of the King and rights of parliament; it also lists down rights for individuals like the right against cruel and unusual punishment and the right to defend one’s self with the limits of the law. In a sense Parliament is the representation of the people and this strengthens parliament against the king.
