    The National Labor Relations Act was the law that recognized the right of workers to join a labor union. This law was passed by the United States Congress in the year 1935. This act was named after senator Robert F. Wagner and so this act was also known by the name of Wagner Act. his is the law that gives the employees of private concerns the basic rights for bargaining their end with the employer.
