    The answer is B. Increased Exchange of ideas and goods

    These are what happened when 2 countries form an economic alliance

    More Brain power = more ideas.

    More Manufacturer = more goods produce

    There is simply no corelation between economic alliance and negative population growth. It wil increase ally, not competition. and even distribution of resources simply not fair, what if a country with large resources such as usa having an alliance with a country with relatively small resources such as Uk?
