The revolutionaries disliked the Church for many reasons. Which of the following is not one of those reasons? A. The Church was too wealthy. B. Church leaders were too powerful. C. Many priests were as poor as their parishioners. D. Religion ran contrary to reason.

    Revolutionaries were people who to over through a particular government, in favor of another. If I remember this correctly, church was huge ... It was even said, that the Priest/pastors/popes were more powerful than the government. So if I were to choose the best answer I would probably go with B because the church was very powerful.
