What kinds of benefits resulted from Samuel Morse's invention of the electric telegraph?

    One benifit is that they did not have to send letters all the time so it saved time and they were the only ones that knew. no one else was able to read what they were talking about

    One benefit of the electric telegraph would be to call and be able to keep in touch with the callers choice.
