How did the U. S. Constitution solve the problem created by a weak judicial branch in the Articles of Confederation? It gave the Supreme Court the ability to enforce laws. It gave each state sovereign authority over its laws. It required the Supreme Court to resolve disputes between states. It required unanimous consent of states to be amended.
