How might the decision in McCulloch v. Maryland make future Supreme Court decisions more complicated?

    It is complicated because of the court’s decision to allow the bank to operate on the basis that the implied power of Congress to apply the expressed powers of the Constitution resulted to the establishment of a bank. It also said that the state cannot stop the federal government’s legitimate constitutional application of their power.
