What does nulify mean?

    "Nullify" means to make something null, that is zero: specifically it is used in legal contexts to make a legal text not valid - as if reducing it to non-existent, nothing.

    For example, if the Supreme court declares some law unconstitutional, it nullifies it - makes it void, not valid.
