Critically discuss the elements of a successful business

Success can be measured in three ways:

1. Patience. You must be patient especially if you are still new to business. There will be a time when your sales are not good.

2. Perseverance. But no matter how hard it is, you must find ways in order for your business to grow.

3. Good customer service. When you achieved successfully in business, it will be reflected back to your customers whether they have been treated well, their wants are answered and they are contented with your product.
