Local organizers focuses only on a village or nearby areas and does not require a lot of things. They also organize simple events such as birthday parties, anniversaries, marriages, etc. National organizers focuses on the whole country and usually organizes the events held by the government, example a welcoming party for another head of state, or an event that commemorates Independence. National organizers uses more things and the events are much more grand.
