What are two good reasons why learners are dropping out of tertiary institutions?

    1) Lack of money: especially if the tuition fees are too high and if the learner needs to work to support themselves, they might not be able to earn enough

    2) The realization that they can gain more knowledge and experience if they do internships or start working rather than learning about the same thing in theory,
