    An achievement for the Mesopotamia would be for which ever empire you are talking about steelies used to record important documents, aqueducts used to bring water to cities[the Assyrians], the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, and military strategies, defenses including archer towers, thick walls, and a moat to protect the city from attacks
