How did Russia's withdrawal affect the German war effort?

With Russia's withdrawal, the Germans and Austria-Hungary were able to withdraw those armies from the east. They renewed there Offensives on the Western Fronts. It e nabled the Central powers to shift their Eastern troops to the west. Thus, more force against the allies. However, Russia wasn't a big part of the war effort.
