    A "broken nose" is usually identified solely as the breaking of one or both nasal bones. When we talk about fracturing involving the nose and the nasal cavity we can also include more bones that could be fractured: the vomer, t he perpendicular plate of the ethmoid bone, the nasal conchae and the perpendicular plate of the palatine bone.
