In ways yes, I know people joke but in literal ways yes

I guess it depends on the person. I am gay and don’t mind if people use it pejoratively, most of the time because it isn’t meant to be truly bad; however, I do have problems with it if it is used to attack people with the intent of hurting people’s feelings. Honestly it depends.

In my opinion, I wouldn’t call this homophobic.
