Chromatin is true. Chromatin is a condensed form of DNA which is found in the nucleus. Cytoplasm is false, as the cytoplasm is the material inside the cell membrane that contains other organelles, including the nucleus. The nucleolus is true as nucleoli are focal concentrations inside the nucleus which signify rRNA transcription as well as interphase. The nucleoplasm is the material inside the nucleus so this is true. The plasma membrane is false as this is the phospholipid bilayer enclosing the cytoplasm or the whole cell. The membrane enclosing the nucleus is the nuclear membrane, which as pores. The mitochondria is false and can only be found in the cytoplasm, as well as the centrosomes.
