    Adults who have an excessive body fat are considered as obese. We obtain the body mass index by diving person wight by a square of the person’s height. We may say that a person is overweight when he/she is over thirty kilogrammes per square metre. with the range of 15 to thirty kilogramme per square metre. Obese can be increased by conditions and various diseases. For example depression, cardiovascular diseases, obstructive sleep apnea.

    Obesity can be caused by genetic susceptibility, excessive food intake, and lack of physical activity.

    The primary cause of obesity is a mental disorder, doctrine disorder and genes. If obese people eat less and add weight we can say that their slow metabolism is not generally supported. Obese people have greater energy expenditure than their normal counterparts reason being the energy required to maintain an increased body mass.

    Diet change and exercise are the main treatments. The quality of energy can be reduced by consumption of energy-dense foods like food with high sugars and fats
