    I say it is D. differences in brain function can easily be identified. Because of the fact that even though they appear as identical, their brain could function a different way. Meaning one of the twins could be smart and go off to college verus the other one could be really stupid and not find a real career in life. Does that make sense? Cause it made sense in my mind.
