    Explanation:

    The nuclear pore is a channel within the nuclear envelope through which the movement of important cell molecules in and out of the cell are regulated.

    Molecules such as RNA and ribosomal proteins move from the inner part of the nucleus through the nuclear pore into the cytoplasm while molecules such as carbohydrates, lipids, signalling molecules and some special proteins move from the cytoplasm into the nucleus.
