    The endocrine and nervous system.

    Explanation:

The endocrine system secretes chemical messages in the body, employs the negative and positive feedback loops that further causes response to the target effector organs. This system consists of glands, mainly the thyroid and adrenal gland that secrete hormones that regulates metabolism, growth, reproduction and tissue functions.

The nervous system consist of receptors that receive signals from the environment and convert them to electrical impulse in nerve cells, it travels to the brain, where the brain (control centre) analyses the information and stimulates the relevant glands in the endocrine system. Furthermore, the endocrine system in response to messages from the brain, triggers the response in effector organs to behave accordingly and maintain balance in the body.
