    An obstructive disorder of the lungs, known as asthma takes place when the walls of the airways get thickened with inflammatory exudate. It is also featured by constriction of the muscles present in the walls of the bronchioles that diminish flow of air and thus, makes breathing harder.

    Due to which each day activities that need an ample amount of breathing like climbing stairs, and strenuous activities turn into a challenge. The individuals with such issues may find it tough to do various things because of their breathing issues. Therefore, it would influence the usual state of well being and the level of activity.

    Hence, it can be concluded that the patient generally becomes anxious and short of breath, and loses the tendency to perform various activities due to lack of breathe as required by the body.
