Ribosome

Ribosome is essential to cell growth, translation of mRNA and protein building. Ribosome biogenesis assist in the skeletal development and leads to formation of collagen matrix which mobilizes the calcium and phosphate ion thereby providing base structure for bone development. After the ribosomal biogenesis, mature osteoblast is formed which contains rough ER and golgi complex. In the next stage, osteocytes undergo apoptosis and form bone lining cell.
