    Pasteurization is defined as the partial sterilization of a product, such as milk or wine, to make it safe for consumption and improve its keeping quality.

    The milk is heated to about 700 celuices for 15 to 30 seconds and then suddenly chilled and stored. this s prevent the growth of microbes. this process is called pasteurisation
