A scientist wants to make a dna fingerprint and she has used polymerase chain reaction

pcr and restriction enzymes. What should her next step be

    The first step will be amplifying the DNA sample using the PCR machine. Only small sample may be used for DNA fingerprinting. the DNA is being amplified by a way f heating so as it can denature to single-stranded where tag polymerase is being synthesized by an enzyme.

    step2. Take the restriction enzyme then and also the product then mix them together.

    step3. by use of gel electrophoresis you learn the sample.

    step 4. both results for the fingerprints and the ones you were testing so as to find if there is any banding.
