    Eukaryotic cells have organelles with membranes (mitochondria, chloroplast, golgi apparatus), prokaryotic cells don't.

    Eukaryotic cells have nucleus which is surrounded with a membrane, prokaryotic cells don't

    Eukaryotes can divide by mitosis and meiosis prokaryotics can't
