Tim needs a variable. A variable is something in an experiment that changes. He could use different amounts of baking soda or vinegar. There are infinite possibilities.

    Example:

    Control: 15 mL of vinegar

    Volcano 1: 20mL

    Volcano 2: 25mL

    Volcano 3: 30mL
