How is the DNA in a prokaryote different from the DNA in a eukaryote?

A. Eukaryotes do not have alleles.

B. Only prokaryotes are diploid.

D. DNA is in a nucleus in eukaryotes.

    I may be wrong ... but i think it is d because eukaryotes has a nucleus, and the function of the nucleus is to store DNA.
