What are the two major types of isolation? How do each of these types lead to speciation?

Um well 2 major reasons for needing to be isolated is for infections and diseases. while in isolation if their are two species reproducing and they dont mate successfully then contaminants can happen, genetic differences, and even caan lead to new species.
