    Chuck’s presentation will most likely "create mistrust because the presentation did not offer the whole truth". By presenting only the positive financial news, Chuck is indirectly deceiving the employees; he is only presenting half truths. Lay-offs is one of the signals when a company is experiencing a downturn thus he cannot really fool the employees by present only good news.
