Inother words, ethical behavior in business has less to do with moral principles than withwhat society deems to be appropriate behavior in the business context. Do you agreewith this distinction?     No, it does not have less. Ethical Behavior is having respect for moral principles, being consistent in ways of conduct or behaving on all phases of life either business or personal, Integrity applies on all stages.

    No they do not overlap, they are consistent

    Yes they should, i do understand the concept of business is not personal but when it comes to ethics, they should be consistent. An individual should be who he is both at work and at a personal capacity, Ethical principles are the same.
