Causes of an unfavorable material quantity

There are many causes behind unfavorable material quantity which have been manifested below:

* When outdated machinery is used in the factories.

* When the raw material is not of high quality.

* When workers lack motivation in their work.

* When workers are not being properly managed or supervised.

* When workers have less experience or they are work without getting proper training.

* When the working equipment and machines are faulty.
